Commissions

I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights of the commission and work in progress (sketches, drafts, timelapses), which includes but is not limited to: printing (with Client's permission), self promotion, display on websites, social medias and portfolios.

I have right to create paid content on Ko-fi from the work in progress: make timelapse videos, write about the drawing progress with pictures included (sketches, drafts) or other similar content.

I have right to decline your commission request for personal reasons.

I have right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New terms do not apply for orders started on old terms.

Client must be above 18 years old to order a commission.

Commissions are for personal use only: gifts, display on social medias for profile pictures, banners, and posts with credit to the artist (@obaba_banana or profile link), print and display in personal spaces.

Commission for V-tuber clients: Except for personal use, any usage related to V-tuber activities (streams, videos, advertisements, merchandise or any similar monetized instances) are considered commercial works and must be discussed beforehand.

Do not use the work in progress I provide to commission other artists. Do not trace, edit, resell or make profit from the commission. Cropping the artwork to post online is OK.

Usage of the commission for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain, are strictly prohibited.
